I've been thinking about dumping Norton AntiVirus because it hogs a lot of ram and I've noticed a lot of people saying it's just crap. AVG was one recommendation and I've downloaded the free version but haven't installed it yet. I've been using Norton for years so I've gotten accustomed to it. I recently had to do a fresh install of XP because my other hd died. I'm using SP2, fully updated. I went and tried to install my printer (Lexmark something or other) and had to download the drivers from the net because the disc was broken. I tried going into the control panel > printers > add printer > the wizard thing would come up, I'd hit next...and boom.
